Product Manager - San Francisco (December 2019 - Present)
As a product manager on a small technology team, I have the benefit of constantly working closely with our engineers and upper management. The nature of the product work lends itself to collaborating cross-functionally across various departments at the company, and has resultantly trained me to communicate effectively for both technical and non-technical audiences. Within my role, I work on:
Owning product lifecycles
Managing product roadmaps
Defining release and sprint schedules
Creating documentation
Prioritizing new product and feature development
Conducting all first party user research via surveys, interviews, and usability tests
Partnering with design to optimize UI/UX on MacOS and Windows
Performing all quality assurance and feature testing

Communications & Design Associate - San Francisco (July 2019 - December 2019)
In order to assist Mosaic in creating "places people love and making them widely available", I joined the Communications and Design team to help produce internal and external materials that properly captured the thoughtfulness and ethos of the company. Some of my responsibilities and projects included:
Working closely with our lead designer to maintain the company style guide and advised usage for presentations, site redesign, and communications
Partnering with leadership to fine tune our fundraising materials
Supporting production for an internal photojournalism project as well as a Venice Biennale exhibition in collaboration with an MIT research group
Continuously authoring content for both company-wide monthly newsletters and investor facing quarterly reports

Design + Project Management Intern - New York (Summer 2018)
As Mosaic's first and only intern in the summer of 2018, I worked closely with the founders to better organize internal communications and product an independent research project. Some of my responsibilities included:
Creating company-wide Weekly Update Templates
Managing a 3D printing project from initial research to delegation of production tasks
Writing 2 market research reports
Designing initial interface mockups
Producing an independent research project on the company’s core philosophy then distilled and visualized the information in D3

Director of Operations - Cambridge (Fall 2018 - May 2019)
Shiffon Co. is a small, socially-conscious jewelry startup founded by a Harvard student. Inspired by the mission to support female founders by reserving 50% of their flagship ring proceeds into a venture fund, I joined the team to assist operational duties. Some of my responsibilities and work included:
Managing digital awareness campaigns for holiday, corporate, and graduation gifting resulting in tripled monthly sales, celebrity endorsement, and verification of the Instagram account
Analyzing customer behavior via social media and email engagement to tailor relevant marketing strategies
Refining website UX to improve site navigability and solicit customer stories for subsequent marketing
Mentoring an intern class of 10 people
Collaborating with mentors to produce and adopt a brand book to improve the cohesiveness of our colors, messaging, and logo

Project Manager & SHARP Fellow - Cambridge (Summer 2017 - May 2019)
metaLAB @ Harvard is an idea foundry, knowledge-design lab, and production studio experimenting in the networked arts and humanities. As a summer SHARP fellow research assistant, and subsequent term-time project manager, some of my responsibilities and work included:
Collecting and curating content for a webpage on AI Art & Design
Creating databases for archival information and designed mockups for Curricle application
Independently researching the Forbes Pigment Collection with conservators at the Harvard Art Museums to build an interactive installation (Color Rx) on view in the Lightbox Gallery as a contribution to the Machine Experiences Exhibit (Summer 2017)

Student Board Member - Cambridge (Fall 2016 - May 2019)
The Student Art Board at Harvard Art Museums affords students with the ability to advocate for student involvement and dedicated events within the museum. As a board member, we hosted guest speakers at gallery talks, attended pre-walkthroughs of museum exhibitions, ran State of the Art conferences including other college art museum representatives, organized museum Late Nights, and other activities that placed the student body at the heart of all decision making.
As Winthrop House's student board member for three years, I was inspired to initiate several projects using my resources:
I co-curated Harvard’s first ever Neuroaesthetics exhibit with Professor Nancy Etcoff
I organized school-wide “dorm tours” to track rented art from the museums to dorm rooms Introduce guest speakers for museum events & attend pre-walkthroughs of new exhibits

Web/Blog Editor - Cambridge (2017 - May 2019)
The Harvard Student Art Collective is a community designed to give platforms for anyone looking to express on this wildly intense campus and in this particularly fraught cultural moment. For the past ten years, we have hosted the only Student Art Show on campus, a 5 week long exhibit at the Harvard Ed Portal which supports over 100 pieces. Some of my work with HUSAC included:
Digitizing, curating, and writing content for our website
Organizing two annual student art shows with an opening night featuring performances and over 750 attendees

Chief Technical Officer - Miami (July 2017 - July 2020)
To support elated’s initial launch, I design and built functionality for the first iteration of www.getelated.com lasting from July 2017 - July 2020. Other responsibilities included:
Producing all visual content for the site

As a summer and term-time intern at Wildflower, I was able to wear many hats and learn directly from the founders and initial employees. Some of my responsibilities and projects included:
Coding an online donation & management system
Assisting with licensing for 3 new schools in the area
Teaching in a classroom of 15, 2.5‐year‐olds
Researching local schools’ frameworks to develop best practices for enrollment & funding models

Student Founder & Summer Teacher - Miami (Spring 2013 - Spring 2016)
I co-founded this organization with Josie Goytisolo in the summer of 2014, and worked in the classroom directly with the students until I left Miami to attend college. Some of my classroom lessons included paper prototyping and other design thinking activities.
I also designed our first website, acted as an ambassador to gain funding, interviewed members of the tech/entrepreneurial industry for a web series, and participated in a hackathon with the team at Venture Hive in Miami.
